About this role
Payroll Specialist Dublin Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Analyst will work closely with the Accounting, HR and Benefits teams. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role ensures accurate and timely payments, compliance with local tax laws, and effective collaboration with external payroll vendors. At the same time, drive to evaluate and improve processes, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. Job Functions and Accountabilities: - Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations - Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll across multiple countries - Audit payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, garnishments, tax withholdings and deductions - Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process - Assist with all payroll related audits & SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements, maintaining updated documentation for all payroll related processes and providing recommendations as appropriate - Process and complete all year-end activities for EMEA countries ensuring compliance with regard to filing reports, remittances and returns with appropriate tax authorities - Participate in special projects as assigned, such
