About this role

Senior Manager, Strategic Finance New York City MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. You will be responsible for driving key strategic financial initiatives and providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company's growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of FP&A, sales, product, marketing and investor relations and work closely with the executive team. This will be a hybrid in-office role. We are looking for candidates who plan to be available in our New York City office for approximately 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for the company's revenue model inclusive of the quarterly, annual, and long term revenue forecasting based on a variety of bottoms up and top down methods - Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, including Sales and Marketing teams, providing data-driven insights and financial guidance to drive revenue growth and achieve financial objectives - Develop and set targets for our GTM, Marketing, and select Product teams based on historical productivity and expected performance - Own the company's gross profit forecast, including forecasting infrastructure and services margins - Own the company's direct cash flow forecast, working closely with accounting and treasury / tax teams - Oversee and maintain detailed long-range plans, providing insights that support strategic decision-making - Collaborate with the entire FP&A team on creating and maintaining the consolidated company financial model - Develop and maintain scalable processes to enhance visibility into financial forecasts and performance, collaborating
