About this role
Manager, Candidate Experience Austin About the Role MongoDB is looking for an individual to manage our global Candidate Experience function. In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate experience operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC building a high-performing team of coordinators and ensuring every candidate who interacts with MongoDB leaves with a positive and lasting impression - regardless of outcome. You will be a strategic partner to the Recruiting leadership team, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and regional consistency across a distributed team. This is a people-first role for a leader who is equally passionate about scaling systems and developing talent. What You'll Do - Develop and lead a globally distributed team of Candidate Experience Leads & Coordinators (CECs) across multiple regions including US, EMEA, and APAC - Foster a cohesive team culture across time zones, building engagement and alignment around shared goals and values - Set the vision and strategy for candidate experience globally, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and equitable experience across all regions and hiring stages - Own and evolve the candidate journey from interview scheduling through offer acceptance, identifying friction points and implementing scalable solutions - Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics such as scheduling SLAs, candidate satisfaction (NPS), and coordinator productivity - Consistently monitor and forecast team capacity, ensuring regional teams are appropriately staffed to meet hiring volume - Partner cross-functionally to align candidate experience initiatives with broader talent strategy - Drive adoption of new tools and automation to increase coordinator
