Engagement Manager (Services Sales) San Francisco MongoDB Engagement Managers are quota-carrying Professional Services sales leaders responsible for discovering customer business initiatives, developing services strategies, scoping and negotiating engagements, and driving Professional Services bookings that accelerate customer outcomes and MongoDB adoption. As an Engagement Manager, you will be a key leader within the PS team, work cross-functionally with the Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations to shape how we will help our customers achieve their MongoDB vision. Top- performing Engagement Managers have a unique ability to develop multi-phased services strategies aligned to customer modernization, migration, AI, and application development initiatives, then align with both executive and technical stakeholders to build business cases, define outcomes, and secure investment in Professional Services engagements.
