Join us on our mission to transform lives by simplifying money, together. The Role: Monarch is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will own day-to-day IT support for Monarch teammates while improving the systems, documentation, automations, and access workflows that keep the company moving quickly and securely. You will be a key partner to People, Security, and Business Ops to ensure onboarding, off-boarding, device security, and SaaS access are reliable, auditable, and scalable. As we scale rapidly following our Series B and continued subscriber growth, you'll play a critical role in building a world-class IT foundation for a fast-moving fintech company.
