JOB LOCATION: 12895 Paseo Vlg Wy #1260, San Diego, CA 92130 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Membership Growth - Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. - Provide exceptional sales support: Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. - Track and analyze membership data: Monitor key membership KPIs and use insights for strategic decision-making. - Partner with the marketing team: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads. Leadership & Team Management - Build and cultivate a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed. - Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge
