STRONG Pilates - Studio Manager Santa Monica, California ABOUT STRONG We are STRONG - A Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused, and designed for a full-body workout that is low-impact and high-intensity. Our diverse classes, including ROW, RIDE, and REFORM, are designed to help clients maximize their performance and achieve their fitness goals. THE ROLE The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for fitness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a vibrant community culture. Additionally, the Studio Manager will lead up to 10 STRONG Pilates classes per week. RESPONSIBILITIES Community Engagement - Serve as the primary representative of the studio, embodying the brand's values and ethos. - Greet and acknowledge all clients by name, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. - Maintain an enthusiastic and supportive attitude toward all members. - Ensure accuracy and currency of member profiles. - Cultivate and enhance the community culture inherent to STRONG. - Support the promotion and sale of memberships, merchandise, and additional services. - Manage and post brand-aligned content on social media to increase visibility and engagement. Studio Operations - Ensure the studio environment is consistently clean, safe, and inviting. - Oversee studio maintenance between classes to uphold high standards. - Lead by example, instilling a sense of pride and responsibility in the instructor team.
