Crafted Highlights: In the role of Process Lead-Packaging, working in our Milwaukee Brewery, you will drive performance and continuous improvement in a designated brewery area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. This role applies Molson Coors' WCSC principles and best practices to monitor systems like PPCCS, optimize processes, and improve reliability. Working closely with brewery leadership and cross-functional teams, the Process Lead develops team members' technical and leadership skills, fostering accountability and sound decision-making. Responsibilities include mastering process control through data analysis, loss elimination, and asset optimization. The role maintains data integrity, supports brew line performance, and executes plans such as DDS, WDS, and 90-day initiativ
