Successful candidates will contribute to the department team overall by routinely operating and maintaining equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is well maintained and runs efficiently with few breakdowns. You will also be responsible for supporting the technical growth of our operators, and our journey to operator-based maintenance. This position will report to our maintenance team leader. Must have sufficient experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Skills must include the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including corrective adjustments, timing changes, modifications, and parts replacements in a timely manner to improve production efficienc
