Crafted Highlights In the role of Health and Wellness Nurse working in the Golden Brewery you will be part of the Golden Valley Environmental Health and Safety Team. This position provides medical and health management, delivery of health services and supports employees by overseeing progress through health care process. In this role you will oversee and implement health services to ill/injured employees, including workers' compensation, medical first response, and return-to-work programs. In addition, you will manage the occupational health testing and surveillance, and employee wellness initiatives. This role works closely with site safety, human resources, operations, and others in the identification and correction of risks and maintaining compliance with various federal and state regulations.
