Crafted Highlights: In the role of Full-Time Brewery Worker - Packaging at the Milwaukee, WI brewery you will be an equipment owner in the packaging department. You will be responsible for a specific piece of equipment or a sub-section of the equipment to include maintaining standards, re-applying learnings to like equipment, assisting in the training on the equipment, etc. The position reports to the Line Lead and works closely with other brewery workers and craftspeople. This role starts at an hourly rate of $22.00 with earning potential up to $34.46/hr upon demonstrated ability to perform Autonomous Maintenance within 18 months of hire.
