As Senior Teamlead Credit Risk , you'll lead a team of five analysts in making sharp, well-reasoned decisions about merchant onboarding and portfolio health. You'll be the person who ensures we're approving the right merchants, at the right time, with the right level of exposure - and that our existing portfolio stays aligned with our risk appetite as it evolves. But this role is about more than maintaining what's already working. Mollie is expanding and you'll be at the centre of that shift.
