What we need: The Director, IT Corporate Finance owns the technology strategy, delivery, and operations for Mohawk's corporate finance function. This includes end-to-end accountability for OneStream and related financial platforms, ensuring Finance has modern, reliable, and well-governed systems for planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Within Mohawk's federated operating model, the role partners with business unit IT teams to ensure corporate finance platforms accommodate segment-specific configurations and data feeds within a consistent enterprise architecture. The position aligns technology investments with enterprise-wide IT architecture, governance, and security standards while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across financial and operational processes.
