Job Tasks: Ability to operate all types of cone cutting machines within facility Operate cardboard baler Perform daily housekeeping activities Identify machine issues and report to Shift leader or Supervisor Other duties determined by leadership Responsible for maintaining an efficient workplace by assigning jobs and duties in a fair and equitable manner Responsible for providing team guidance on daily tasks Responsible for meeting the production, quality, and safety needs set by management Responsible for the completion of shift report by the end of the shift and for communicating issues to management right away. Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping of department by making certain all tasks are completed on shifts.
