As the Operations Technician, we need someone who is ready to assist all team members throughout the production process in the effective production of tile. Schedule M-F 8pm-4:30am or M-F 9pm-5:30am Primary Objective Experienced Team Member that assist all team members throughout the production process in the effective production of tile. Major Function and Scope Ensures safe, healthy, and organized working environment for all areas. Acts as a standard bearer for company policy and practice. Ensures all safety protocols, which are certified to OHSAS 18001, throughout the plant are followed and administers weekly Safety Huddle. Performs necessary LOTO audits. Follows the Quality Management System, which is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for operations, including SOP, SPI and Test Methods. Responsib
