Key Responsibility - Design and develop high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, videos, static creatives, one-pagers, reports, and infographics - Ensure brand consistency across all e-learning materials by adhering to established brand guidelines - Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas aligned with current market and industry trends - Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting tight deadlines - Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and cross-functional teams across all stages of the learning lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) - Create reusable design templates for scalable content development - Review and maintain high standards of visual and graphical quality for all deliverables - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support - Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and AI technologies - Leverage AI tools to enhance design quality, efficiency, and productivity Tools & Technologies - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Microsoft PowerPoint - AI tools such
