ABOUT THE ROLE: We're hiring an engineering leader to lead our Entity Management team. This team is responsible for building new business services that help companies form, maintain, and manage business entities throughout their lifecycle. These products automate complex, multi-step workflows through agentic systems that act on behalf of our customers. This is a team taking early products to general availability. You'll partner with a small, cross-functional group of functional leads spanning Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations to scale these products through embedded partner distribution. You'll work closely with legal and compliance SMEs, and with engineers on your team to build and extend agentic automation-scrapers, portal bots, and intelligent workflow orchestration-that powers our products at scale. Your primary responsibility will be the success of your team of 6-8 engineers. This includes hiring, coaching, and mentoring to ensure your team delivers impactful results for the business.
