Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Vice President of Operations Enablement to build the connective tissue that makes our operators, partners, and internal teams more effective. Reporting directly to the SVP of Central Ops, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating a complex, rapidly evolving business into the processes, programs, and playbooks that let Metropolis operate at scale. You are a senior leader who has built from the ground up before and knows what it takes to drive operator adoption and team readiness in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead and develop three high-impact teams-Learning, Launch, and Marketing-aligning their roadmaps to the broader goals of Central Ops. You will architect the frameworks and tools that drive go-to-market execution, partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to close capability gaps, and establish the reporting infrastructure needed
