Who you are Metropolis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our foundational incentive and rewards platform. In this role, you will act as a strong steward of our backend systems, building the core infrastructure that connects real-world vision signals with personalized member experiences. You are an expert-level engineer who can explain complex business and technical requirements, mentoring others while driving large-scope projects to completion.
