Program Manager 2 Locations Job Title: Program Manager Job Description The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role requires a high level of collaboration, leadership, and technical knowledge to manage complex projects from inception to completion, while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget standards. Department: Program Management Department Duties & Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage multiple automotive programs, ensuring they align with business goals, customer needs, and technical requirements. Develop strategic roadmaps for program execution and delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure the successful execution of program milestones. Facilitate communication and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and monitor and control budgets for automotive programs. Ensure that all program deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any challenges or risks. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success. Proactively resolve issues related to resources, timelines, and technical challenges. Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including customers, senior management, suppliers, and other departments. Provide regular updates on program progress, status, and any potential issues or delays. Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all automotive programs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement
