Overview As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a global team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of our products. You will implement and drive the adoption of best engineering practices, promote a culture of continuous innovation and foster an innovative and highly accountable mindset amongst the team. Your leadership will be key to scale our high-performing team while navigating the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically. - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and scope.
