Merge is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, technical initiatives across our engineering organization. You'll be responsible for leading large-scale projects that enhance our product and infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while managing stakeholder relationships across the organization. What you will do: - Work closely with the R&D leadership (incl. Head of Engineering, Head of Security, Product Management, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet deadlines - Drive new products and features through the development process, serving as a central source of truth for the who, why, what, when, and how of projects you manage - Develop the requirements to deliver projects successfully by working backwards from target outcomes - Be a driving force in the organization of customer requests and issues, and collaborate with team leads to balance them against larger product
