About the Role As an Engagement Manager, you will own key customer relationships across application-layer companies, research labs, and enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact from evaluation through delivery. You'll partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to guide training and deployment, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
