To strengthen its Management department based in Crissier, McDonald's Switzerland is looking to fill the role of: Sr Manager, Transformation (80-100%) The Transformation Lead for Market drives the execution of McDonald's transformation vision at market level, ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined execution, effective change management, and centralized project governance across Consumer, Restaurant, and Company platforms. This role acts as a bridge between global transformation programs and local market execution, while establishing a centralized market view of all strategic and transformation initiatives. It ensures clear prioritization, transparency, and strong execution, enabling leadership to balance performance, transformation, and organizational capacity. The Transformation Lead provides end‑to‑end visibility on market priorities, supports initiative sequencing, and strengthens execution discipline through consistent project and change management standards.
