New Toy Planner Dongguan, Guangdong, China Company Description: Mattel China Toys Mfg Job Description: [Job Responsibilities] Responsible for the full-cycle planning and progress tracking of new toy products from project initiation to mass production, ensuring all milestones are met; Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, and Production departments to accurately break down material requirements, and prepare and issue production scheduling plans; Monitor raw material supply status, provide timely early warnings of material shortage risks, and coordinate to resolve supply chain anomalies to ensure on-time delivery; Regularly analyze production and sales data, optimize inventory structure, and improve new product launch efficiency and order delivery accuracy; Follow up on the new product trial production and verification process, collect feedback, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve issue closure. Qualifications: [Job Requirements] Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines, with manufacturing planning experience; Familiar with toy industry production processes and raw material characteristics; 2+ years of experience in product planning or PMC-related roles; candidates with a background in raw material processing industry are preferred; Excellent coordination and stress-management skills, data-sensitive, and capable of handling emergencies efficiently; Rigorous and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
