Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for functional and automated testing across global supply chain projects (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, quality management). Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated test scripts ; ensure traceability to requirements. Develop and maintain a robust automation framework (UI, API, data validation, integration points) aligned with Mattel's technology landscape. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, UAT scope, and business process validation. Balance hands-on execution (designing and running tests) with leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coordinating testers, managing offshore/onsite resources). Collaborate with environment and data teams to ensure test readiness: appropriate environments, data sets, and automation pipelines. Manage defect lifecycle : logging, prioritization, root cause analysis, retesting, and closure. Drive continuous integration / continuous testing practices, working closely with DevOps and release teams.
