The Team: Canada Supply Chain Planning (SCP) team is responsible for conducting S&OE and S&OP processes across the market. This involves striving for best-in-class Demand Planning, Replenishment Planners, Customer Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization to balance demand and supply across the operational horizon (approximately next 3 months) and the tactical horizon (next two years). Job Description: The Opportunity: The Canada SCP Sr. Manager reports directly into the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning and oversees two teams: Supply Chain Planning Demand Planning Replenishment Planning Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management Allocation & Order Fulfillment Inventory Optimization The role will represent Mattel's Global Supply Chain in the Canada LT and be the point person contact for the Canada Country Manager.
