Job Description: The Opportunity: The Sr Associate will collaborate the toy portfolio management assisting on strategy and product development pipeline. What Your Impact Will Be: Support the day-to-day management of the product segment(s) and act as point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to support development and maintenance of key product line tools and documents; contribute to business strategies, objectives, and insights; assist in P&L management Work closely with cross-functional partners (Product Design, Packaging, Development, etc.) to support delivery of innovative and compelling toys to market on time and on budget, informed by consumer insights Collaborate with manager to support development of global product strategies and help drive alignment across internal partners and key markets Assist in managing margin targets and line plans from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth handoff to commercial teams Prepare and support
