Job Description: The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Senior Paralegal to join Mattel's growing Rights Management team within the Legal and Business Affairs group. Successful candidates will bring significant experience in entertainment and consumer products rights/intellectual property (IP) management, with the ability to independently execute and oversee end-to-end contract and rights management processes. This position is located at Mattel's headquarters in Los Angeles. What Your Impact Will Be: Rights/IP Management : Develop an expertise in Mattel's IP portfolio and rights Independently analyze and interpret complex ownership and licensing arrangements, translating contractual terms into structured, system-ready rights records Serve as a subject matter expert and super user of the rights management system (RightsLogic), including validating data integrity and identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on rights inquiries, including ownership, availability, and conflicts; facilitate rights collision checks and resolution workflows Own and
