Job Description: The Team: The Model Shop team supports the development of innovative toy concepts and product experiences by creating high-quality physical models, prototypes, and presentation materials. The team partners closely with design, engineering, packaging, and brand teams to bring ideas to life through a wide range of fabrication technologies and traditional modelmaking techniques. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Leads low to medium model making projects and prototype development with basic mechanical features working from drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions. Receives direction from Leads and partners with D&D personnel on projects. Assists in ideation and invention on projects when appropriate. Supports modelmaking for meetings, trade shows, testing, etc. Cross-trains to increase skillset and knowledge. Adheres to safe working practices. Supports maintenance of work areas and equipment.
