Job Description: The Opportunity: The Manager, Workforce Intelligence & Org Transformation Enablement is responsible for building and operationalizing core capabilities in workforce planning and org transformation across the enterprise. This global role supports both strategy execution and capability enablement-developing tools, processes, and analytics to guide organizational transformation and workforce planning decisions. Reporting into the Org Transformation Leader within the Org Development & Inclusion COE function, this role partners closely with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent, Inclusion, and People Technology to support enterprise org design, business transformation, and change readiness efforts with data and enablement resources.
