About this role
Strategic Finance New York, NY | Hybrid | Remote About the role Own the capital strategy that funds our compute buildout at scale. Your scope spans asset-backed facilities, project finance, equipment financing, and the institutional relationships across banks, private credit, and infrastructure funds that turn GPU CapEx into a scalable, financeable asset class. What you'll do - Structure asset-backed and equipment financing facilities - Build the underwriting case: unit economics, utilization curves, revenue, residual value - Negotiate term sheets, covenants, and inter-creditor structures with banks, private credit, and funds - Develop SPV and project-finance structures that isolate risk and unlock larger capital pools - Manage the capital stack: senior debt, mezzanine, sale-leaseback, vendor financing, warehouse lines - Own lender reporting, borrowing-base management, and covenant compliance - Build relationships across the institutional debt ecosystem (banks, BDCs, private credit, ECAs) What you'll need - BS from a top program in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred - 7+ years in capital markets, project finance, infrastructure finance, or structured credit - Personally closed $50M+ in asset-backed, equipment, or project-finance facilities - Strong command of GPU economics: unit cost, depreciation, utilization, contracted vs spot revenue - Deep modeling skills: cash flow waterfalls, covenant compliance, sensitivity analysis - Active relationships across banks, private credit funds, and infrastructure lenders - Track record negotiating complex term sheets and intercreditor agreements - Experience financing data centers, semiconductors, or other capital-heavy infrastructure - Background at a top-tier bank (GS, MS, JPM), infra fund (Brookfield, KKR,
