This role is deeply embedded in the business, shaping culture, enabling leadership effectiveness, and driving people strategies that support growth, engagement, and long-term success. You will partner closely with E&E People leadership, People COEs, and the Match Group Central People team to deliver both studio-specific and E&E-wide people initiatives. This role is based in Vancouver and is expected to have a strong in-office presence (Tues-Thurs) to support leaders and employees alike.
