Reporting to the Director of Product, this role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Match Group portfolio to drive alignment, manage dependencies and risks, support informed tradeoff decisions, and deliver high-impact platform initiatives with rigor and clarity. About the Role The Match Group Core Platform team is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that improve execution, scalability, and delivery across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Match Group portfolio to drive alignment, manage dependencies and risks, support informed tradeoff decisions, and deliver high-impact platform initiatives with rigor and clarity. How you'll make an impact: - Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across the Core Platform organization, from intake and scoping through launch and post-release follow-up. - Own a portfolio or domain of initiatives, ensuring priorities, dependencies, timelines, and risks are visible and actively managed across multiple teams. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Operations, and Brand stakeholders to align on goals, sequencing, tradeoffs, and execution plans. - Drive program planning rituals and operating mechanisms, including roadmap reviews, dependency management, risk reviews, and retrospectives. - Anticipate delivery risks early, diagnose root causes of blockers,
