This individual should have a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience + minimum 2 years of field experience in Heavy Civil Construction, specifically with roadways and bridges. The person in this role should also be knowledgeable in contract delivery methods: design-build, design-bid-build, Lump Sum, etc., and contract experience with: FLDOT/turnpike, cities/counties, airport authority. This candidate must be a self-motivated person, willing to collaborate with peers, teach young engineers, and constantly strives to identify problems and solutions. **We are open to experienced candidates located anywhere in the state of Florida and considerations will be made for hybrid or remote + light travel work arrangements.
