Heavy Equipment Operator Calera, AL, US Overview Saiia Construction Company LLC, a MasTec company, is currently hiring for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with Excavator (mass production experience) and Dozer experience in a night shift quarry environment in the Calera, AL area. We are looking for local candidates that live in the Calera / Birmingham, AL area. The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for, but not limited to operating heavy equipment including excavator, dozers, graders, dump trucks, front-end loaders, compactors, scrapers, and water trucks to move materials to and from designated areas, participate in required training and ensure all established safety rules, procedures, policies, OSHA and MSHA regulations are followed.
