This role will champion the Company's world-class safety culture and capabilities to enable industry-leading business performance, continuous improvement, and shareholder value while reinforcing Martin Marietta's culture and values. With a focus on driving employee engagement, this position builds strong relationships at every level of the Company and has frequent interaction with the key company leaders. Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Safety and Health, the position is based at Martin Marietta's corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC and requires frequent travel to operating divisions. Primary Responsibilities Advance Martin Marietta's World-Class Safety Culture and IH/OH Programs Champions the Company's Guardian Angel safety culture and consistently promote employee engagement Identifies and implements industrial hygiene and occupational health sampling, initiatives, training programs, and best practices in alignment with operating divisions Drives a risk-based approach to identifying and mitigating risks to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees Ensures employee awareness of industrial hygiene and occupational health developments. Leads medical surveillance and monitoring programs for the Company Engages
