The Role This is a senior leadership position at the heart of Marshmallow's Group Finance function, reporting directly to the Group CFO. This is emphatically a Group role - you will own FP&A not just at consolidated level but across each of our regulated entities: MIL (Gibraltar-regulated insurer), MFSL (FCA regulated broker), and MCSL (consumer credit lender), as well as all further group entities as the business grows.
