The Role Mariana Minerals is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join its Engineering team, to lead the delivery of a mining project at its Copper One subsidiary in Utah. This role will be instrumental in bridging initiatives and workstreams across R&D, piloting, existing operational infrastructure, engineering, construction, environmental, finance, and more. What You'll Do - Own the integrated project execution plan, master schedule, cost estimate, and risk register - Facilitate program meetings and ensure clear action tracking and progress on task statuses - Manage interfaces between all technical disciplines, contractors, and site operations - Translate geological uncertainty into project risk, contingency, and study scope - Ensure clear alignment on metallurgical test work, R&D programs, and pilot plant campaigns to de-risk the flowsheet - Direct engineering consultants and internal teams through studies and trade-offs (mining method, process route, throughput, utilities) - Oversee detailed engineering, procurement, and contractor performance - Translate permit conditions into design requirements, schedule constraints, and cost - Own the project business case, capital and operating estimates, and economic model inputs - Present funding requests and
