We're reimagining the minerals supply chain by combining deep industry expertise with advanced software, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The Role We are hiring a Process & Lab Technician to support the safe, efficient, and high-quality process development studies and analytical tests. In this role, you will work closely with R&D and engineering to build, operate, and maintain ore leaching columns. You will also be responsible for timely, accurate, and actionable chemical analysis of ore, process streams, and final products. You will play a critical role in bridging leaching research and laboratory analytics with plant operations, helping ensure processes are robust, efficient, and suitable for future development & scale-up. What You'll Do - Procure and construct columns and ancillary equipment used to measure copper leaching fundamentals - Drive leaching column operations including taking routine samples, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining high level of cleanliness - Drive ore handling including crushing, sorting by particle size, and taking representative samples - Prepare samples for analysis using techniques such as digestion, dilution, and/or filtration - Perform elemental and compositional analysis of solid and liquid samples using ICP, NMR, XRF, Titrator, or similar analytical techniques - Document analytical results in laboratory information systems and maintain clear experimental records and material metrics using digital tools and software - Follow
