The Role The Leach Pad Technician is a hands on, field based role responsible for performing manual and equipment assisted labor on the leach pad to support safe and efficient copper production. You will operate heavy equipment, perform pipe welding and layout, and assist with day to day operational activities essential to maintaining optimal leach pad performance. This role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions. You will report directly to the Leach Pad Supervisor and work closely with other technicians and process team members.
