The Role Mariana Minerals is looking for a highly motivated Engineering Manager, Piping & Stress Analysis, with experience managing a piping design department, completing pipe stress analysis, and developing and implementing pipe, pipe support, and valve specifications. Mariana Minerals is building the critical minerals supply chain to support the world's energy transition. As an Engineering Manager, Piping & Stress Analysis at Mariana Minerals, you will lead the development and deployment of first-of-its-kind chemical refining processes, while also supporting development of software for capital project execution and automated plant optimization. Responsibilities will include leading basic and detailed engineering strategies, managing external engineering firms, staff-aug contractors, and internal teams, developing issued-for-construction engineering packages for piping and static equipment. What You'll Do - Lead and manage a piping team of internal, staff-aug, high-value engineering center, and third party engineering firm piping designers - Oversee execution of piping engineering deliverables across multiple projects - Establish and maintain piping design standards, specifications, and best practices - Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II, including flexibility analysis, thermal expansion, and load cases - Conduct dynamic
