Senior Manager Grand Projet H/F - Sr Manager Technical Service Dardilly, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France The Director of Service - Major Projects is the strategic service interface between our local or central teams and the customers in charge of those projects (Energy, Major infrastructures), at an international scale. He/she leads all internal contributors who are supporting prestigious major construction projects regarding aftersales matters, starting at offer stage, and for the entire duration of those projects. He/she leads all aftersales activities related to those Major Projects. He/she leads the selection and development of service providers towards those projects, and tracks their performance. He/she's maximizing Manitowoc non new machine sales growth on those projects. His/her ultimate goals are to ensure customer satisfaction, ensure on schedule and on budget delivery of the service solutions, as well as best-in-class uptime of Potain cranes on those projects.
