We're looking for an intermediate Technical Writer who enjoys turning complex product concepts into clear, practical content to join a team of experienced writers as we continue to scale MaintainX's documentation. What you'll do: - Write, review, and publish content for the MaintainX Help Center, including user guides, feature documentation, and release notes - Work alongside senior writers on larger projects, incorporating feedback to strengthen your craft and align with team standards - Maintain and improve existing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability - Contribute to in-product content and documentation that supports frontline users - Collaborate with teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success - Contribute to documentation processes and help keep content organized and up to date - Use AI tools to support and accelerate your writing workflow About you: - 2-3 years of experience writing technical or product documentation, ideally in a SaaS environment - Strong writing and editing skills-you can explain complex ideas in a simple, straightforward way - User-focused: you think about how real customers
