We're growing fast and hiring the talent to match, with open roles for Implementation Consultants and Analysts in Montreal and Toronto, Canada, or Raleigh, North Carolina The Project Manager role is an individual contributor role that influences the success of our enterprise project rollouts from scoping to implementation to go live. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed following agreed upon requirements, timeline within budget. You will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, track progress and inform your stakeholders of the progress or the project. What you'll do: - Assist enterprise customers through successful implementations - Travel to customer sites for on-site MaintainX implementation engagements. - Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to the project
