We are looking for an Educational Program Manager to ensure that MaintainX is known as the market leader for the next generation of workers in academic and vocational training communities. Reporting to the Head of MaintainX.org, you will use your experience building relationships with educational institutions to meet the needs of instructors and students, while aligning their learning outcomes with our customers' workforce needs. What You'll Do: - Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with trade schools, community colleges, universities, and vocational training programs to integrate MaintainX into their curricula. - Empower instructors to teach with MaintainX confidently. - Work in partnership with early adopters on the creation of curriculum-ready materials - lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises. - Design, deliver, and maintain a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments that empower instructors by simplifying their onboarding process. - Enable our revenue teams to effectively leverage the value of our educational program in their conversations with the industry - Surface educational partner success stories and impact metrics for use
