Director of Value Engineering Remote - US MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. We are a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 13,000 businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell. We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion. As the Director of Value Consulting , you will build and lead a high-impact team responsible for quantifying, articulating, and proving the business value of MaintainX to enterprise customers and prospects. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance to embed value-driven selling and value realization across the entire customer lifecycle. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll develop value frameworks, coach account teams, lead executive-level business cases, and drive measurable ROI outcomes. This is a critical leadership role that directly influences revenue growth, enterprise expansion, and long-term customer retention.
