The Role We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent Supplier Quality & Industrialization Engineer (SQIE) to qualify, develop, and scale a world-class supplier base that supports Mach's growing portfolio of programs. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain-ensuring that suppliers are both capable of producing to specification and ready to scale from prototype through production. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems with a hands-on approach to problem solving, supplier development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Lead supplier qualification, process audits, and capability assessments to ensure manufacturing readiness and compliance with Mach standards. - Partner with Engineering and Global Supply Management to define critical-to-quality (CTQ) features, process controls, and inspection methods for new and existing parts. - Oversee supplier
