The Role Mach Energetics is seeking a Property Specialist to support the administration, control, and compliance of government and customer-owned property across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining an effective property management system that supports operational execution while ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain compliance of the company's Property Control System in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable government property regulations. - Manage lifecycle tracking of government and customer-owned property from acquisition through disposition. - Maintain property records, documentation, and reporting requirements to support audits, reviews, and contract compliance. - Coordinate physical inventory activities and reconcile inventory results to ensure accountability and accuracy. - Support contractor self-assessments and government reviews of property management systems. - Develop and improve property administration procedures, policies, and internal
