The Role We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting the build of composite airframe structures and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) . This role is responsible for supervising technicians, driving execution to the production schedule, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering, quality, and configuration control requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in aerospace manufacturing environments involving composite fabrication, structural assembly, and final integration of flight hardware. This person must be capable of balancing schedule, quality, and safety while maintaining strict process discipline across airframe production and UAS assembly operations . The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in scaling production capacity, developing frontline talent, and delivering reliable hardware ready for test and deployment.
